Landon Mook founded Turkey Run Knife Co. in Mifflinburg in 2018 and makes fixed-blade knives for hunting and everyday carry. Most models are named after turkeys, such as the Tom, Jake and Spur, alongside hatchets and cleavers. Handles include Micarta, G10, bone, horn and wood, and sheaths are leather or Kydex.
