La Rue de Fleurs is the Newport studio of artist Janice Bailor, who designs modern quilts and art quilts inspired by nature. She also publishes quilt and sewing patterns, sells DIY kits and soft goods such as patchwork throws and embroidered felt pieces, and teaches classes, camps and school residencies in Central Pennsylvania.
